SERVICE: Usually dispatched in 4-5 workdays after size confirmed. Easy install, all mounting kits, instructions are included in the package. The remote be basically programmed before ship. Yoolax offers a 2-year warranty on motors and controls. Any damage or failure of motors or controls happens in the first 2 years, we provide repair or replacement free of charge. IMPORTANT: Receiving damage of fabric or components, please take photos, send them to us within 30 days, we'll work with you for free replacement at a valid time. Shade width including side brackets or valance edge (which takes up to 0.53'' on each side), so the actual fabric width is 1.06'' narrower, sometimes will let the light come in if the shade is Inside Install to the window frame. To solve the light leakage, we offer the tracks on the Customize page.
Question:What is the solar shade material, is it waterproof and UV resistant?
Answer:The solar shade is made of Polyester and it is waterproof and UV resistant.
Question: If they are a little longer than my window can I make them stop at the right length?
Answer:Yes, you Can. you can set limit for your shade.
Question:Can you set the time the shades go up or go down using the remote?
Answer:You can order a timing remote. In that case, you can set a timer for the shade.
Question:How long does it take to get samples and do you have a set of samples that include white blocking and also white half shading?
Answer:Dear customer,yes, we have Fabric Sample Swatches, you can purchase it and will get within 2 weeks. Upon you place order of our products, we will return you the sample fee.
Question:Do these shades offer privacy (i.e. can you see through the shades at all?)
Answer:It can keep privacy and other can not see through.

Multi-Channel Remote Control
The Multi-channel remote control can control at most 16 blinds separately. If you choose CC channel, it will control all blinds connected to this remote up and down together.

A roller blind can be controlled by several multiple remote controls.

Free stop at any position
Can be stopped at any position if you use the remote control. Up and down limit are basic programmed before shipment.
Smart Home Automation
- Our durable, high-quality brand motor. Please make sure to charge more than 6 hours when you first use the motor. After 6 hours charging(The light near the charging port will solid Green) can run for 3-6 months. If the motor beep during use, it means the motor will run out of the power. When you charging the motor, the light will green blink. Via a hub to connect to Alexa. You can use Alexa APP to set the timer. According to your local sunrise and sunset time, even the position you are now to set the open and close operation of the blinds.
- Our motor is not a quiet motor. Running sound around 30-40db. If your roller blinds are installed too high to charge, we suggest you pair our brand solar panels to charging the motor. It will not harm the battery.

With Valance Inside Mount Way
Easy to install. We have video about how to install, if you have issue please feel free to ask for it. Inside mount will let light go through via the side since there will be a 0.5''W between the fabric to the wall. To provide more blackout, you can choose the track on customize page.
- With Valance Outside Mount Way
If you want more blackout, you can choose Outside mount. Please add both 3'' to the width and height to cover the window to provide more blackout. Not suitable for OUTDOOR installation.

Valance and Brackets Measurement.
Please check if your window depth is more than 2.3'', so that the brackets can install inside of the frame. If not, please choose Outside mount. If your window frame is too thick, please ask for the extension brackets.
