Customize-Size: Our motorized window shades are all made to order. You can see the “Customize Now”button on the top right. We'll email to each customer for customizing information double check-in 24 hours. Any special inquiry, you can contact us via Amazon private message to get help. We appreciate the Customer ordering the sample swatch or one blind first to test.

Shipment & Package: Dispatched 4-5 workdays after size confirmed. All mounting kits and instructions are in the package. Remote controls are all basic programmed before shipment(need to buy the button battery of the remote first). PDF version and video instruction are available if needed.

After-Service: Yoolax offers end product a 2-year warranty on motors and controls. Any damage or fails of motors or controls in the first 2 years, we provide repair or replacement free of charge. If receiving damage of fabric or components, please take photos, send claim to us within 30 days. We'll work with you for free replacement in this valid time.
Question:What is the solar shade material, is it waterproof and UV resistant?
Answer:The solar shade is made of Polyester and it is waterproof and UV resistant.
Question: If they are a little longer than my window can I make them stop at the right length?
Answer:Yes, you Can. you can set limit for your shade.
Question:Can you set the time the shades go up or go down using the remote?
Answer:You can order a timing remote. In that case, you can set a timer for the shade.
Question:How long does it take to get samples and do you have a set of samples that include white blocking and also white half shading?
Answer:Dear customer,yes, we have Fabric Sample Swatches, you can purchase it and will get within 2 weeks. Upon you place order of our products, we will return you the sample fee.
Question:Do these shades offer privacy (i.e. can you see through the shades at all?)
Answer:It can keep privacy and other can not see through.

1 Channel Timing Remote
One Timing remote can only work for 1 shade. If you have ordered many blinds for your house, and you want to set the timer, we suggest the other two solutions.

15 Channel Remote + HUB + Alexa
15 channel remote can control at most 15 blinds to go up and down at the same time via Channel 0. With a BOND hub(buy individually), you are able to connect to Alexa, and you can set the schedule via Alexa APP.

Smart Battery Motor + Alexa App
Our smart battery motor can work with 5 versions of Echo directly, no need hub. Echo Plus 2nd Gen, Echo Show 2nd Gen, Echo Studio, Echo Show 10, Echo 4th Gen. You can set the timer on Alexa App.
