FABRIC DETAILS: 50% Polyester fabric, 50% Non-woven fabric. Provide privacy for home but cannot block all sunlight. 85% blackout. Soft fabric vanes suspended between two voile shades, every vanes measured 1.97”W x 2.56”H. Due to the special sheer shade blade, when it closed it still will be 15% open, there will be a little light from the top come through. It can only adjust the blade angle when it goes to the lowest position.

CUSTOMIZE SIZE: Motorized Roller Blinds are all made through Customize. Press the “Customize Now” button to order. Different size cost differently. Outside mount need to add 3” to both Height and Width. For inside mount, the window depth need to at least more than 2.2”, otherwise brackets will not hold the shade stable. If you have special requirements, please send an email to sales@yoolax.com, we are always at your service. We'll email each customer for customizing information double check-in 24 hours.

SHIPMENT & PACKAGE: Dispatched in 4-5 workdays after size confirmed. All mounting kits and instructions are in the package. Remote controls(Optional, we suggest at least have one for initial set up) are all basic programmed before shipment. PDF version and video instruction are available if needed.

Question:what is the difference between the narrow and wide options?
Answer:The depth of wide fabric is 1 cm deeper than narrow one.
Question:The metal bar at the bottom of each blind has a long sliding piece of metal with two plastic pieces to hold it in place. What is this for?
Answer:It is used for adjust the blind balance.
Question:Does it make the room slightly dark or just filters the light? Will it be bright inside or darker when closed?
Answer:When blinds closed, the room will be dark but not blackout. Sheer part can filter the light. We can send you sample for it.
Question:So the only way these blinds will work with google home is that i must also purchase a $200+ hub? is that correct?
Answer:The motorized blinds can be programmed and work great with the BroadLink hub.
Question:Can this be permanently plugged into a power outlet without the hassle of charging?
Answer:Yes, it can be plugged into outlet all the time but it may damage the battery.

How to connect to the echos?

1. First Step: Press the "Reset Button" on the motor 5 times, and the fifth time you need to hold the button for 3 seconds then the motor will jog(react).

2. Second Step: Say: "Alexa, discover my devices". Alexa will respond to you: "OK"

3. Third Step: Open your Alexa App on your phone, and you will see 1 device discovered.
