If you make a mistake when measuring or ordering, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will remake the product in a different size for a 35% remake fee, you will need to pay return shipping. The returned item must be new and it can be used to remake it in a different size. Each customer has a limit of 3 free re-makes per order. If we remake a more expensive size, you will be responsible for the difference in price. Photo proof may be required and our remakes will only be shipped to the name and shipping address on the original order. This offer does not apply to discontinued products, commercial or dealer orders. Our remade products cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our problem (e.g., incorrect product, product quality issue), we will provide you with a full refund; if the return is due to the buyer's problem (e.g., did not like/wanted the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer shall pay the shipping costs. We do not charge consumers any fees for return

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@yoolax.com.
