Shipping & Returns


In most cases, products with estimated production times of 2 business days or less cannot be canceled or changed after the order is placed. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after 1 business day and unless the cancellation is due to a backorder, production delay, or material delay. The handling fee is non-refundable.


If you make a mistake in measuring or ordering, just contact us within 30 days of receipt and we'll remake the product in a different size with 35% of remaking fee and you pay return shipping. 35% remaking fee must be paid because all of our products are custom made. Returned item must be in new condition, and it may be used to remake in a different size. There is a limit of 3 free remakes per customer per order. If the size we remake is more expensive, you will be responsible for the difference in price. Photo evidence may be required and products that we remake will only be shipped to the name and delivery address on the original order. This offer is not available for closeout products, commercial or dealer orders. Products that we remake cannot be returned.


Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. If delivery of an order is refused for any reason other than shipping damage, the order is not eligible for a refund. Oversize freight fees and handling charges are non-refundable. Do not return blinds to the factory, we will provide shipping instructions with the return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There will be 50% restocking fee for any return unless the products defect.


We do not charge for standard shipping except Hawaii and Alaskas. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or anywhere outside the 48 contiguous United States.  Additional shipping charges may incur with oversized products (100" or over in width or height), we'll contact you by phone and email to arrange a shipping fee.
