You could check the status of the shades on the App and control it with one touch anytime, anywhere.
You could set automatic opening and closing at different periods to meet your individual life needs and make your life comfortable and convenient.
Open or close the shades according to the local sunrise/sunset time, let the curtain work as regularly as the sun.
I’m very pleased with the curtains. We didn’t use the WiFi to operate them. My mom is 85 and she prefers the remote.
Very responsive seller. Excellent product!
I definitely love it!
I have somewhat large windows in my bedroom and the existing blinds (from previous owners) let in a significant amount of light at bedtime. Also, the size of the windows (+ the design of the windows) allowed in some amount of air from the outside, especially noticeable in the wintertime. I originally did not want curtains in my bedroom because I did not feel they went with the decor in my apartment; however, from a practicality perspective, curtains made the most sense to block out both the light and the cold. After much searching, I opted for this curtain, primarily due to price and functionality. I love having the ability to open or close the curtains simply by asking Google Assistant to do so. You also (in theory) have the ability to pre-program the curtains to automatically open or close at specific times (or even at sunrise/sunset). However, I haven't been able to get this automatic feature to work, which seems to be a problem with Google rather than with the curtain. However, it's easy enough to open/close via your smartphone or voice (or the included remote). In the winter so far I've kept the curtains closed almost 100% of the time, and I can certainly feel a difference in the amount of heat lost through the window. It allows me to run my HVAC less, which is helpful since I work from home and spend most of my day in my bedroom. In terms of blackout capabilities, the curtains do a great job of blocking out light (other than the halo at the very top of the installation where the rod is, as well as at the very bottom by the floor. Depending on how your room and window are set up, you should be able to minimize this halo of light.Only word of caution is to measure and re-measure everything, and read the instructions on the Amazon page before submitting your order. If you measure everything correctly you should be able to minimize the amount of light that seeps through on the top or bottom.
I have a problem they are working hard to fix. Some screws and hooks were missing and the length was standard instead of the custom we discussed. They shipped the item and kept in constant contact faster than I expected. The curtain still hung and works. For now it just drags the floor. The instructing aren't in perfect English but if you've ever dealt with this you'll make it through. Also, the instructions are for 2 different models. This one was in the back of the book. It seems the remote is for 2 different models as well. One type goes up and down. So this remote has some useless buttons. One very cool thing that is not mentioned is that if you just tug on a curtain left or right it opens and closes how you want. No remote needed. I did a lot of shopping around for black out drapes and these turned my living room into a 5 star hotel and a decent price compared to my local drapery without the motor. Even though there were a few problems, they are fixing them. 5 stars!
First off: this product was exactly what I was looking for. I have a large bay window that was pulling in a ton of heat during the way and we wanted a way to block that out as well as provide privacy at night. However, the bay window is out of reach without a ladder. The Yoolax product solved this problem for us. As you can see in the video, we are now able to open and close our new blinds via remote control.Do not fear the installation: it was a breeze. As seen in the video, we went with the ceiling version of the instructions. It was as easy as measuring out two ceiling mounts, anchoring them, and sliding the rod into place. We used some more sturdy anchors for the ceiling plates that we had handy and I would suggest that as well if you are unsure of the structural integrity of your ceiling. Also of note, the motor can be on whatever side you want: left or right. We went with the right because it was closest to the outlet.Additionally, if you do not see a the curtain dimension you are looking for: just ask them! Yoolax provided custom fit curtains for us!I would highly recommend this product and this company to anyone still on the fence.
This is a great system. It took a long time to get it but worth the wait. Now my disabled husband can open the curtains without getting into his wheelchair.
We are very pleased with our drapes. We ordered them on Feb. 28 and they arrived on March 13 which was much quicker than we anticipated, especially since they are coming from China. We selected the W136"x H95" size and were able to special order a 96" length at no additional cost. Be aware that the length listed on Amazon includes the rod which is 1.5 inches. If you want the drapes themselves to be a certain length just email them at [****] with your special request; they are very accommodating. We mounted the rod above a thick wooden window frame on a gray wall and it blends in nicely with the wall. The brackets that hold the rod are unobtrusive. The rod is a very nice quality. The installation was not too difficult. We mounted the motor on the right near an outlet, but it may be possible to mount it on the left. When mounting on the right, the screw that needs to be tightened will be on the left rather than the right as stated in the directions. This was a little confusing. The drapery material and workmanship are very good. They are heavy, thick and soft but not 100% blackout. The 80% blackout description in the Q&A section is probably most accurate. The drapes come with hooks already installed and hanging them was effortless. They did not need any ironing. We very much like the motorized feature which can be operated with the remote, the app, or by hand. You can set up a schedule for the drapes to open and close using the app which is very convenient, especially when away from home. Getting the app set up was a bit challenging but not insurmountable. We haven't attempted to set up control with Alexa. At any point in the process (ordering, installing, operating, other questions), the company was very easy to communicate with through email. They always responded within a day. Overall, we rate the drapes highly. They are a great value for the money.
Installed these in our master bedroom in our newly built house. They offer both wall and ceiling mount options. I went with ceiling mount since we wanted them as tight to ceiling as possible and have a smooth ceiling finish.Instructions were a little challenging but I did plenty of measuring and thoroughly mocked up the assembly before drilling holes. Mounted like a glove and almost felt too easy in hindsight. The biggest thing that needs to be spelled out better is the setting of the start/stop positions. The curtain material is hefty, well sewn and constructed, looks nice, and was odor free. They do pool a bit more than we’d like, even after adjusting the track hooks, so they don’t close perfect at the bottom when each side meets in the middle. We’ll just need to have the bottoms hemmed up a few inches. No fault of the manufacture on this.Remote does not come with batteries, so be sure to have some AAAs ready. The tug-to-open/close function works great however. Just get the motion started and the motor clicks on and takes over. So cool!Advice to potential buyers would be to order the width larger than your window whenever possible.10/10, hard recommend, would buy again.
good value for money....we made a mistake ironing them upon arrival... we should have hung them first
