Order Processing Time

Once you purchase, we will immediately customize your shades to order so that your shades can be delivered as quickly as possible. Production and packaging may take 3-5 business days. Our warehouse is only open during standard business hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Fee

We offer free worldwide delivery for our shades.

We will charge a sample shipping fee and return it along with the sample fee after you purchase your first curtain!

Shipping Method

All International orders are sent with UPS or FedEx.

For fabric swatches, most of them are shipped by USPS or Amazon Logistics US.

Shipping Time

Unless stated otherwise on our site, you may expect to receive your order within approximately 6-15 business days, depending on product type and shipping service you choose. If you choose the "expedited" shipping service, the delivery time will be reduced by 1-2 days.
