I waited to write a review because I wanted to see how these worked. There actually a fantastic blind you will not beat them for the money. Most complaints you will find is setting up the remote control. All I can say about that is be patient you only have to do it once and may take about three hours but the money you will save you’ll be happy at the end. These things are built like a tank the motor probably a lift up a Motor out of a car LOL. Had some problems With a few things customer service was very good they always get back to me within 24 hours and resolved any of my problems. So anybody thinking about getting a powered blind that opens and closes like this he will be very happy. That’s why I’m giving it five stars and I waited to write my review
We now have 3 sets. These are very well made and easy to install. They are programmed at the factory, and can be operated as soon as they are mounted. I got into trouble on the first install because I tried to overthink it and assumed there were “some settings” I needed to make. Not so. They have operated dependably since first installation, and provide a range of openness while down, or completely up and open. They close tightly. I highly recommend them. I charged the batteries on first install and have not needed to since. But it’s a quick plugin from a common usb power supply to charge them without taking them down. The remote is very dependable and you can gang two sets of blinds, or more - we have a wide living room window and used two blinds across. They operate together. I am about to order another set for the bedroom.

We saved so much by ordering these instead of having a company install them. Just 4 screws per window. They are beautiful and very high end material. So far we’ve installed 18 of them. 35 more to go.
Received two blinds of same size. The quality is good, I'd have preferred metal over the plastic valance but it does look good and is a good color. The blinds are installed next to eachother and they fit my window perfectly. They couldn't have nailed it any better. Both blinds worked on the same remote channel which was pre-programmed (nice touch by the manufacturer) right out of the box. The motors work at the exact same speed in both directions, so that is a very nice thing. I haven't programmed them to work with my smart life app but research tells me they only go all the way up or all the way down when using the app. You can stop the blinds at anytime using the remote and, again, both blinds are in-synch so that makes it awesome. I'd have given higher marks if the app could be programmed to, say, move up to the middle of the window and allow 80% light. You'd think for the price you should be able to program that in. But the color, quality of the motor and fabric are very good and the blinds do look awesome in my kitchen so I am very pleased and appreciate the look. Expensive but worth it in my opinion.
Love this product. I needed blackout shades for my living room. There are three windows that are 94” tall. I didn’t want a solid color as 94 inches times three windows is a lot of color and white was out of the question. I was looking for printed shades but couldn’t find three pictures that would look good together, look good closed AND good partially open. This triptych was perfect. These really are blackouts perfect for blocking out the hot Texas afternoon sun. These were easy to install. I had an issue properly seating the motorized side of one of the shades. It was 9:30 pm so I took a picture of the motorized side of the shade and emailed the company. I fully expected to wait a few days for an answer. I had an answer in one hour along with a couple of pictures showing me how to properly seat the motor into the shade. It was obvious someone took pictures while holding their shade to show me what I needed to do (vs stock photos). So pleased with their customer service!
This was nice because it came with a painting. Don't make my mistake:
1. Get a valance! Dang, why didn't I do that?
2. Get the cheap remote, not the Zigbee. Needless complexity.
3. Get the solar panel, you will want it, I promise.
4. Get the heavy bar, it makes the blind hang flatter.
The blind is not quiet when it goes up and down. But it's wonderful otherwise.

But let me tell you, from all the companies online, from the expensive blinds to the discount places, YOOLAX bluffed us , from Day one.
First I had questions, they replied to every question in no time.
Second, my windows are at 32 feet high, I did not want to spend $10000 in electricity to plug my blinds ... YOOLAX , came up with the idea to use their solar panels (sold separately), and THEY WORK !
3, we picked the grey see through, so we could keep the natural light, people can see us , and now we are protected from. the heat and cold.
Everything was delivered at the exact promessed day!
The guys who installed my blinds were amazed by the quality and took pic for future referral.
To the entire team of yoolax, you win. I am ordering my entire blinds with you, no one else. The only thing is the remotes gets here with no batteries, apparently they are forbidden by custom.
when the installer came, I wanted to try my blinds before they leave. So I rushed out to a Walgreen buy a "2450" flat find large coin type battery.
yoolax I know your booklet to explain how the blinds to Alexa is not ready and you were franck about that but I cannot wait to get it .

You made our lives easy, elegant and saved us $$$$$$$$ . I was asked by a famous company $8500 for all my windows and the new solar panels , they had to be installed only by their guys etc... when I will be done with my windows by Yoolax I will be saving $ $5500 huge huge difference.
These are the coolest! I only ordered 1 initially to make sure we liked them... we loved them, so I have ordered 2 more and will continue to do more windows along. Installation is super easy. They totally block the sun.
Customer service is ultra quick to respond and very helpful! I ordered my first one 1" longer because I was worried about being too short - there is no need to do that... just go with the exact measurements. I did have one problem with my window not being fully square, so as the 70" rolled down, it was sitting a bit crooked even though the top appeared level. I placed 2 nickels at the top on one side for spacers, and that fixed it. I will cram some black felt in there to fix the tiny light gap it made.
I also haven't programmed with Alexa yet, but will do so when the other 2 come and let ya know how that goes. Highly recommend so far! 5 stars for me!
We bought six of these blinds, and they have been fantastic. They were easy to install. It has been great to be able to hit a button and open the whole room up to the outside. The only disappointment has been the Alexa integration. All six blinds show up as linked in the Alexa app, but there doesn't appear to be a way to control them from the app. The remote control provided by Yoolax works just fine, though.
Installation is straightforward. Read the instructions.The remote comes preprogrammed so do not test it until the curtains are fully installed.The teeth on the bracket that hold the blinds to the wall may need some opening with pliers.It’s easier to charge them in place than remove them to charge next to a socket twice a year so measure the distance to the nearest socket and get enough cable to charge the blinds.When budget permits I’m definitely getting more.
I was really impressed with the quality of these shades. From the packaging, to the instructions, to the fit and finish of the shades. They even preprogramed them to work with the remote. Setup was flawless. I’ve already showed a friend and he’s going to order some.
I have ordered three rollers with one remote. I have found customization process to be easy to follow. Once the order was submitted, seller reached out with the detailed spec and dimensions. They were able to answer all of my questions. The rollers was delivered in the advertised timeline. The installation process is super straightforward.After two months of use I had a problem where all three rollers stopped working. When I reached out to Yoolax, they immediately responded. After diagnosing the problem, they offered replacement motors. I blame solar panels I attached on the permanent basis, so I recommend skipping those and just charge the motors when the battery runs out. New motors were promptly sent and delivered. Replacement process was also super easy and Yoolax provide video instruction. It took me literally 5 mins to replace each motor once I figured what needs to be done.While there was a problem with the product, I was impressed how quickly Yoolax was able to resolve and how willing they were able to help.
I bought a couple of these blinds about 8-9 months ago. The measurement instructions were pretty clear, and fortunately I got it right. The product arrived quickly, and install was a breeze. The Alexa support - as others have pointed out - was a little convoluted (had to buy another accessory called 'Bond'), and so was the adjusting of the stops (instructions weren't super-clear). But after a bit of back and forth on setup, I finally got everything working right.... and it has stayed that way for the past 8-9 months, with no issues whatsoever..... until a couple of weeks ago.As you can see from the attached pic, one of the "knobs" that holds the blind in place within the valance snapped a couple of weeks ago. Since there is no real way to fix this, I contacted Yoolax's customer support via WhatsApp. Not only did I get a response within a couple of hours, they shipped out replacement parts to me (multiple sets) that were delivered to me via Fedex in 2 days (all the way from China)!!! In a world where companies are reticent about backing their products - especially after a few months, it has been stunning to see and experience such amazing customer service. Kudos to the customer service team, and thank you for the support.
Product came with well written installation instruction. Took me about 3 hours to put it up. Very nice blind. Fitted right in to our new condo.
