Order & Return

We only accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, After Pay at this time, but we will accept more payment methods in the future.

Please contact us to do changes directly or help you cancel the order.

We will send you the reconfirmation email within 24 hours. We will proceed it if we don't get your reply in 48 hours.

We provide a two-year limited warranty on motors, remotes and a long-term complimentary technical support. To extend your coverage further, you can purchase our "Extended Motor Service" in custom option.

If you change your mind, we are glad to cancel your order and provide a full refund, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email along with your receipt, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the refund process.

Please note that because all our products are custom-made, we are unable to cancel or refund orders once production has started or the item has been shipped. Refunds are also only available for items with quality-related issues.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, you can. After placing the order we send you an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped we’ll send you the tracking information.

We offer free standard shipping worldwide!

Yes.It's allowed to contact us to change the delivery address before the order is dispatched.
*However, once an order is shipped from our warehouse, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Our customized orders generally ship within 5-10 workdays from your purchase. You will receive an email with a tracking number letting you know when your order is on its way.

Aftersale

Please contact us and provide photos if you have. We will help you fix it or send replacements.

If you received the wrong product or the product that was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department.

A replacement with correct color or dimension will be offered at some extra charge according to your order changes. We appreciate customer careful order since it is customized and can’t be resold anymore.
