Yes, you can. After placing the order we send you an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped we’ll send you the tracking information.

Yes.It's allowed to contact us to change the delivery address before the order is dispatched.
*However, once an order is shipped from our warehouse, the delivery address cannot be changed
Please contact us and provide photos if you have. We will help you fix it or send replacements.
If you received the wrong product or the product that was damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department.
A replacement with correct color or dimension will be offered at some extra charge according to your order changes. We appreciate customer careful order since it is customized and can’t be resold anymore.
If you simply feel you selected the wrong size or material, we will allow you to purchase a new fabric (without motor) to your liking at 65% off. *Offer only valid for within 30 calendar days after delivery and you don’t need to return the previous one.
