MADE TO ORDER: the motorized shade is custom made, you will see a "Customize Now" button on the top right. Custom width is 22" to 97" wide, and custom length is 22" to 118" long. The window shade pattern can be designed by yourself. Please send an email to sales@yoolax if you want to design your own picture.

Question:When I customize & add my own picture, the picture doesn't fit within the preview. Stretching it to fit will make the picture bad. What to do?
Answer:Do not use that picture! We will send you a preview to accept before actually making it. If you don't like say no and pick another picture.
Question: If they are a little longer than my window can I make them stop at the right length?
Answer:Yes, you Can. you can set limit for your shade.
Question:Can you set the time the shades go up or go down using the remote?
Answer:You can order a timing remote. In that case, you can set a timer for the shade.
Question:How long does it take to get samples and do you have a set of samples that include white blocking and also white half shading?
Answer:Dear customer,yes, we have Fabric Sample Swatches, you can purchase it and will get within 2 weeks. Upon you place order of our products, we will return you the sample fee.
Question:Do these shades offer privacy (i.e. can you see through the shades at all?)
Answer:It can keep privacy and other can not see through.

Yoolax offers end product a 2-year warranty on motors and controls. Any damage or fails of motors or controls in the first 2 years, we provide repair or replacement free of charge. If receiving damage of fabric or components, please take photos, send claim to us within 30 days. We'll work with you for free replacement in this valid time.
