Got 2 window blinds and 1 panel track blind for the sliding door. The window ones work great and connect with my zigbee hub for home assistant. The panel track struggles to stay connected. After running tests and using devices, I came to the conclusion that it just has to be the motor they gave me thats faulty. The support has sucked and jonas who is emailing with me is trying to get me to only use the remote and to not use the zigbee despite that I paid extra for zigbee. This guy refuses to send me the motor replacement. I have no problem shipping the original one back. But im so disappointed by the support responses. The blinds that do work are great.
Bought 3 sets of dual shades - the shades are good quality, the motors seem decent so far (time will tell), the Matter compatiblity for apple devices works well, installation was relatively simple. I received one blind that had a small tear/scratch/hole. After multiple frustrating back and forths via email (annoying that you may get a different rep for every email and need to explain the issue again, plus it sometimes takes 24 hours (minimum of 12 it seems), they made it right - sent me a new set of shades even though all they had to do was send the one replacement, which i very much appreciated. So overall, would definitely purchase with confidence from them again, and i've started recommending them to friends and family.
Pricing was favorable compared to the "big box" stores, and the fact the remote came pre-programmed to link up to both of the shades was a nice touch. They perform as advertised so far, though I have not yet tried to link them to the Apple ecosystem.
