Yoolax Smart Custom XL Curtain Hardwire

I’ve ordered and installed two panel systems for two sets of my sliding doors, and am waiting to order systems for 3 additional sliding doors, but it has now been weeks and my support issues are not resolved. Broken battery pack and missing piece of plastic needed to assemble the valance on one of them. The panels also came in too long - they tell you to give the exact length (ours hang from ceiling) but they did not make sufficient deduction for the size of the track. After way too many back and forth emails, with service telling us to raise a track which is already on the ceiling, and also telling us there is no way to shorten the panels dragging on the floor, we figured out how to remove the bottom bars and shorten them ourselves. Product itself is great, but support is lacking and they don’t seem willing to fix anything despite the online guarantees. Constructive suggestion: have a US based installation support team and available parts.

Very happy with the finished installation, took some adjusting to get there. The motor placement caused some installation problems as it got caught up on the door trim. Had to install 1x4 above the trim for the motor to clear the door trim
Once we got it up and running we are very satisfied

Great product easy to install and OUTSTANDING Customer service.

Product came with instructions that weren’t the easiest to understand. The company has some YouTube videos to help with installation, but they were also not the best quality videos or instructions. The customer service is aware of my concerns and have been great with feedback and customer satisfaction. With that being said, I will be repurchasing more blinds in the future as they are so efficient and aesthetic!!
