I’ve ordered and installed two panel systems for two sets of my sliding doors, and am waiting to order systems for 3 additional sliding doors, but it has now been weeks and my support issues are not resolved. Broken battery pack and missing piece of plastic needed to assemble the valance on one of them. The panels also came in too long - they tell you to give the exact length (ours hang from ceiling) but they did not make sufficient deduction for the size of the track. After way too many back and forth emails, with service telling us to raise a track which is already on the ceiling, and also telling us there is no way to shorten the panels dragging on the floor, we figured out how to remove the bottom bars and shorten them ourselves. Product itself is great, but support is lacking and they don’t seem willing to fix anything despite the online guarantees. Constructive suggestion: have a US based installation support team and available parts.

I bought 8 motorized zebra blinds by Yoolax and the blinds work perfectly and the quality is awesome! The installation is easy, the measures ordered were accurate and the delivery was on time and very well packaged!

Customer service is good, I ordered the wrong blinds and I could not return it because their customized but they offered me some substitute and made me a different blind for $80 each and swap the motor. Im happy everything turn out good.
So far so good it works well only thing I have an issue with is figuring out how to get it to work through my Google assistant. Other than that easy setup easy use it really is a dream.
I don’t know why we waited so long to make this purchase! These work great and make the room neat and tidy. The sun is intense in this room in the late afternoon and these blinds do the job and keeping the sun out. The fit came out great, too!
Yoolax blinds are a fantastic purchase (and purchase experience!) The measurements were perfect. The installation was so much simpler than we prepared for. And, the quiet motor of the blinds is exactly what we hoped for. I had made the mistake of ordering a similar shade from a different company and it was a complete waste. Yoolax is the way to go!

The ordering online was very clear. I received my shade in a timely manner. I had some questions regarding the order. It seemed as though I was missing an item. They immediately put another one in the mail, with no questions. They stand behind their product, as they should. It has been a wonderful addition to our outdoor patio. What a great experience.
We purchased 2 shades to begin with then decided to buy an additional 2. These turned out better than expected, quality is good and easy to install. We got the largest width possible which was still too narrow but we made them work, I do wish they could have went a foot wider.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. They were very accommodating in getting me a new blind sent right away for a small fee. I was worried I'd have to pay full price for a new one since it was my mistake. Not the case. Overall a great company to do business with.
